Prepare full inventory (with accompanying photographs)

Tenant Sourcing

​Gold service is a fully managed service where we handle all matters relating to the property. It is perfect for landlords who have limited time to manage their property. Given it requires continuous management of the property, it involves a monthly charge. Also, the landlord gets to select the level and mode of communication. Gold service includes all services rendered under silver service as well as:

Manage and arrange for all repair works
Arrange the renewal and maintenance of certificates
Carry out quarterly inspections
24/7 point of contact for tenant
Transfer utilities and council tax to tenant
Resolve complaints.
Ensure updated legally required record keeping
Advise on investment potential and manage all projects undergone on the property

VIP Service
​The VIP Service is the most advantageous package we offer. We will work with you as a partner, guiding you all the way in making every decision relating to your property. An annual fee is paid for the VIP service as well as a monthly charge on each property we manage. This service is tailored to meet the needs of the landlord. It involves:

Full setup and management of all managed properties
Full and on time rent guarantee on all occupied properties
Full project management for repairs and renovations across all properties
Rent evaluation on any new/potential/current properties
Advise on/arrange insurance
Investment advice on renovations carried out on new/potential/current properties
